This page explains how RydeFlow users can manage account data, delete their account, and control health-related permissions. No login is required to view these instructions.

Account Management

You can view and update your profile information directly in the RydeFlow app, including your name, email, fitness preferences, and notification settings. Open the app, go to Profile, and edit the fields you want to change. Changes are saved to your account immediately.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your RydeFlow account from within the app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the RydeFlow app
  2. Go to "Profile"
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated profile data from our systems. Your active session is invalidated immediately, and you will be signed out on all devices. This action cannot be undone.

Health Data

RydeFlow only accesses or collects health data (workouts, calories, active minutes, heart rate when available, etc.) if you enable Apple Health or Health Connect and approve system permissions. The full list of data read, written, and how it is used is in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy. To revoke: iOS — Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RydeFlow; Android — Settings → Apps → Health Connect → App permissions → RydeFlow. Revocation stops new sync; records already in health platforms follow Apple or Google policies.
